And it’s been several weeks before I realized.
Quick background: TMPS came on. Found a tire to be 10-12 psi low. Put on spare and went about my busy day. Swung by where I got my tires to see if they could find why it was leaking since I couldn’t find anything obvious. They couldn’t find anything either. They told me they even they took it off the wheel.
Fast forward to today and I’m rotating my tires. While comparing treads I can’t figure out why they look so different. Check the sidewall: same brand, different types. So now I have 1 Eagle Sport and 3 Assurance. Guess I’ll call tomorrow.

Raised white letters look so right on truck tires.

I remember getting a new set in high school and the guy asked if I wanted the white or black letters showing. I was confused because I didn’t event think of having that as an option. Old truck = white letters. It was just automatic to have it that way.

My dad is the guy who faces them in so they can’t be seen. My dad is wrong.
